The West County EMS and Fire Protection District is committed to protecting your privacy and to giving you a secure online experience. Refund policy

Refunds shall be requested via email sent to and must contain the payee name, invoice number, amount paid, description of services, the name of the person asking for the refund, address, and the amount of refund claimed. The email shall also contain sufficient facts to describe why a refund is desired. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the payment received date. No refund shall be made unless the application contains this information.
