Always Ready.

The term “Always Ready” means more than just 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It means our commitment to having the most capable and high skilled firefighter-paramedics of any district or department. It means providing them with the latest in technology and equipment to allow them maximum results from their efforts on behalf of the citizens we serve and protect.

Always Professional.

Our absolute commitment is to providing the highest standards of service and personal care to the citizens whose lives we touch every single day. No matter what the circumstances, people often count on us at one of the most challenging points in their lives. Our job is to keep them healthy and safe to the absolute best of our abilities, always remembering to treat them first as human beings.

Since 1908.

Few Districts have the long record of service to the public as The West County EMS & Fire Protection District. We have grown year by year as the needs of the citizens of our District have grown. Because of our long history of service, we are keenly aware of the need to continue our own growth and development to guarantee that the people we serve continue to receive the only highest level of protection and care.
