Proposed Occupancy Questionnaire and Due Diligence Guide
The following questionnaire and guide is intended to assist and guide those contemplating a commercial project within the jurisdiction of the West County EMS and Fire Protection District prior to a large financial and/or time investment occurs.
Please read each item carefully, answer as accurately as possible, and submit the form. A representative with our Fire Prevention Division will respond as quickly as possible, but generally within 2 business days.
